With 4 years of experience working as a Customer Success Manager and Product Marketing Manager, I have a unique understanding of what goes into running a business.
This experience has made me passionate and skilled at solving complex business problems using a human-centered design framework.
I was a Senior Product Designer at Salesforce for 1.5 years working on the Sales and Service Cloud products. I then worked as the only Product Designer at Modern Animal building a design system from scratch.
Now, I’m working at Twitter focusing on making it easy for users to create successful ad campaigns on Twitter.
Personal Interests
All things Cuban
My mom is Cuban, so I grew up speaking Spanish at home and have a passion for anything involving my Caribbean and Spanish heritage. This includes, but is not limited to, perfecting my family’s age-old black beans and rice recipe, learning Cuban slang, and researching the Cuban revolution and it’s impact on Cuban emigrants like my grandparents.
Painting
My grandparents on my dad’s side were both talented painters so I’ve always been curious and passionate about creating fine art. Lately, watercolor and gouache are my mediums of choice.
