Edita Maria Alicia

I’m a product designer at Twitter.

Before design, I worked as a product marketer and customer success manager.

Put it all together, and I possess an unusual breadth of experience — especially in identifying user needs.

Below, a portfolio of my recent work.

Modern Animal PIMS

Modern Animal is using technology to create a better veterinary experience for pets and their owners. I designed a new Practicing Information Management System (PIMS) from scratch for veterinarians to track medical records and client relationships.

The following shows my process and final designs for one part of the PIMS, the clinical record.

Modern Animal Booking Flow

Modern Animal is using technology to create a better veterinary experience for pets and their owners. I redesigned the booking flow on the Modern Animal mobile app to make it easier for members to book a veterinary appointment.

The following shows my process and final designs.

Service Cloud Setup

Service Cloud is a Salesforce product for service agents who use it to respond to customer service requests. I worked on an initiative to decrease the amount of time it takes for our customers to set up Service Cloud and see value in the product.

The following shows my designs to rethink the entire setup experience.

Sales Cloud North Star

I was on a team of four designers asked to define the three-year product vision for Sales Cloud, Salesforce's flagship product. We took a human-centered and data supported approach to think through how to grow the product.

The following designs show our process that culminated in a presentation, a website, and a video.

Mobile Forecasting

Forecasting is a feature in Salesforce that sales teams rely on to predict future revenue. Forecasting is technically available on mobile for our users, but has very limited functionality and is not meeting our user’s needs.

The following shows my designs to make it easier for users to make changes to a forecast while on-the-go.
